A Summer Wind in Manasquan Singer Lou Kady of Holmdel will perform a showcase of Frank Sinatra tunes at a free concert in Manasquan tomorrow. The concert will also feature Pete Korey's 17-piece big band, whose members have worked with the likes of Nelson Riddle, Tony Bennett, Margaret Whiting and the Glenn Miller Orchestra. Kady is a veteran entertainer who has performed at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park, the Holiday Inn of Carteret, The Armory in Perth Amboy and the Cornucopia Princess cruise ship. Tomorrow's concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Manasquan's main beach at the end of Main Street. Bring lawn chairs or blankets! |
