Sounds of Sinatra At Squan Beach!

Crooner Lou Kady, joined by Pete Korey's highly acclaimed 17-piece Big Band, will hit the Manasquan beach tonight, performing "A Sinatra Showcase," a set that features the legendary musician's greatest hits.  The show - slated to begin at 7:30 p.m. tonight - is sponsored by the Manasquan Tourism Committee and will take place on Manasquan's Main Beach, at the end of Main Street.

The show is a homecoming of sorts for Mr. Kady, who spent several summers in Manasquan in his youth.  But the question on most lips before Lou Kady takes to the stage will probably focus not on the summers of Kady's youth but on his current day job.  An attorney based in Carteret, Mr. Kady sees bridges and similarities between his two professions.

Every jury is an audience and every audience a jury, according to Mr. Kady.

For those looking to revisit memories of Frank Sinatra taking the world by storm, and doing it his way, the verdict's already in:  Lou Kady is the ticket.

Admission to the July 18 performance is free, compliments of the Manasquan Tourism Commission.  All those wishing attend are advised to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets for seating.  For further information on Lou Kady, as well as his performances throughout the area, visit www.loukady.com or call 732-541-4242.
