Carteret attorney and song stylist Lou Kady will appear at the Carteret Holiday Inn on March 24. He will get some backup from Pete Korey and his 17-piece big band. Kady will present a "Frank Sinatra Showcase" featuring many of Ol' Blue Eyes' most requested classics. Musical arrangements will be in the manner of Nelson Riddle, Don Costa, Billy May, Jobim and Quincy Jones. Kady has performed at clubs and other venues throughout the state and has been featured at the Carteret Park concerts series and Carteret Ethnic Day. The Pete Korey Band is composed of professional musicians who have performed with the Nelson Riddle Band, The Glenn Miller Orchestra and many other famous groups. The evening of music will begin at 7 p.m. with dinner. The entertainment begins at 9 p.m. with a dance set. Kady will perform two sets of Sinatra favorites.
